Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the SoniVera platform, including the website, the music library, the Schedules tool, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts. Access to the Service is intended for business users only. Accounts are verified against valid company details (including a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration or a foreign equivalent). You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information and for all activity carried out under your account. Accounts are personal to the subscribing business; sharing credentials with third parties is not permitted.

Subscriptions and billing. Access to the music library and the Schedules tool is provided under an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes are presented at the point of subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the process described at purchase.

Acceptable use. The Service grants you the right to stream SoniVera tracks and play them publicly as background music within the commercial premises associated with your account. You agree not to:

  • download, copy, or store SoniVera tracks locally beyond the temporary buffering necessary for streaming;
  • redistribute, resell, sub-license, or otherwise make SoniVera tracks available to third parties;
  • upload, publish, or make SoniVera tracks publicly available on any other platform (including social media and video or streaming services);
  • broadcast SoniVera tracks, synchronise them with audiovisual works, or use them to train machine-learning models;
  • make SoniVera tracks publicly available outside the licensed premises,

except for the ordinary streaming use granted under your subscription. Reverse engineering of the platform and any attempt to circumvent technical protection measures are prohibited.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are materially breached, where payment fails, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time through the account interface.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the competent court of Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant, location Breda, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

Privacy Policy

The Human Growth Network is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the SoniVera platform. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect. Account information (name, email, business details), authentication identifiers, usage and listening telemetry needed to operate the Service, technical data (IP address, device, browser), and — for members of the Quality Control team — the data required to administer fair payment, including payout identifiers used with our payment partners.

Why we use it. To provide and maintain the Service, deliver streamed music to subscriber locations, administer subscriptions and payments, calculate and remit compensation to QC reviewers, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

Sharing. We share personal data only with service providers acting under our instructions (hosting, payment, analytics, communications) and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers. Where personal data is processed by service providers outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (for example certain hosting or analytics partners), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required by law.

Retention. We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your rights. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise these rights, contact info@sonivera.com.

Cookies. The platform uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

AI-Assisted Content Disclaimer

Music in the SoniVera library is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. Before any track enters the catalogue, it is reviewed by a trained human Quality Control specialist who listens to the song in full and rates it across lyrics, vocal performance, audio fidelity, and overall suitability. Only tracks that pass review are released to subscribers.

Despite this review process, the nature of AI-assisted generation means that rare anomalies — unexpected lyrical phrasing, unusual sonic artefacts, or content that may be perceived as inappropriate in a particular context — can occasionally pass through. We continue to refine both our generation pipeline and our review process to keep such cases to a minimum.

SoniVera does not guarantee that every track is suitable for every audience or context, and is not liable for any offence, loss or damage arising from a track that, despite our review, contains material a listener finds inappropriate.

If you encounter content you consider unsuitable, please report it to info@sonivera.com so we can review it and, where appropriate, remove or rework it. Subscriber feedback is one of the inputs we use to keep raising the quality of the library.
